I had the first full nights sleep in along time. Stress and physical healing are goals for me. Since this was my first visit, I didn’t know what to expect. The experience was amazing. Christina is amazing. I will definitely be back.

I met Christina through a yoga class she was teaching. She talked a little about herself in the class and I found out that she does reiki. I've been thinking about a session for awhile and I just felt comfortable with her after meeting her. She has such a warm and friendly presence. She was so welcoming and her space was very cozy and accepting. I really enjoyed my session with her and the experience I had. I left feeling refreshed and a little more clear minded. A great re boot for the new year.

The first time I saw Christina for a Reiki session I didn't know what to expect.
I was greeted with a warm smile, a kind heart, and a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
She has her Reiki room which is set up for comfort, peace and calm. She plays relaxing music during the session to help with relaxation and it's also a very meditative type of music (which I am big on meditation).
My intentions for the sessions are for pain management because I live with 24/7 pain.
I decided to try Reiki because it's a natural form of healing using the energy that already flows through my body.
As an added bonus, it helped me heal from the loss of my mom. It truly has been a blessing to have Christina and Reiki in my life. I would highly recommend Christina. She is a beautiful soul.
